Phillip Stanley Sledge

OCTOBER 22, 1948 – NOVEMBER 25, 2020

Phil went into Providence several weeks ago and within days was put in a coma.  When his kidneys and lungs shutdown, they pulled life support and he passed. (This information was provide by Geri Ritchey Reed, MHS 1966.  (The Reeds and the Sledges have been friends for 50 years)  No other information is available at this time.
