Frank was so much fun! He always had a smile on his face and laughing. I attending elementary - high school with Frank, and he was such a good buddy. I will always remember he and Donny as great friends, and I know they are together with the Lord now.
I remember Frank as being a very funny and likable person. I went thru grade school with him and all the way thru Highschool. Although I have not seen him since highschool I still remember him with fondness. My prayers fo out to his family..RIP Frank.
Like Susan, I remember Frank back to elementary school. He had a way of making everyone laugh without embarassing anyone. I did not know him very weill in later years, but he left such an impression on me that my memories of his grin are still clear in my mind. Rest in peace Frank.
In high school I picked up Don Thrasher and Frank every morning on my way to school, Don and Frank were neighbors. On weekends the three uf us would go to dances and parties or just meeting friends at the A&W .
I attended Franks Celebration of Life and met his family, enjoyed meeting them , I told them about our days from high school about our activities on weekends, we always had FUN. He passed away yo early.
