Victor McKinney
April 20, 1949 - October 14, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we share that Vic McKinney (Sr.) went to be with the Lord in the early morning hours of Monday, October 14, 2024 at Providence Hospital. Vic was born in Colville, WA on April 20, 1949 and spent his early years living in northeastern Washington. In 1960 he moved to Lynwood, WA with his family and graduated from Meadowdale High School in 1967.
He served in the Air Force reserve - including a deployment in South Korea, owned a construction company, worked for the City of Monroe Community Planning Department, and Snohomish County's Planning and Development Services - retiring in 2021.
Vic was a loving, devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His life was a demonstration of what it means to live a life of faith and to be a hard-working, responsible provider for his family. He was loved by his family and will be missed by family and friends.
He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Wendy; his sons Scott (Kristin) and Victor (Sarah) McKinney; and grandchildren, Joseph, Jeremiah, Connor, Noah, Brenden, Addison, Zachary and Hazel McKinney.

Victor was in distributive education with me. I loved that class and Victor was such a great guy. He was always very dependable and helpful. He will be missed.
